how do i book a date and make a payment schedule?
The first and most important step is to schedule a tour with us. We love showing people the venue. After that, we are happy to hold a date on the calendar for your event for one week. During that week, a 50% nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract are due. The remaining costs are due 30 days before the event. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
what is the maximum number of guests?
At 550 Trackside, you can celebrate with 350 of your closest friends!
can i host a ceremony here?

can i host a wedding rehearsal here?
Absolutely! We want to make wedding planning as easy as possible. So, when you book 550 Trackside, we work with you to block out a time for a one-hour wedding rehearsal with no additional charge. We give you three options for wedding rehearsals based on other events and availability.
